The MEE3 series is currently offered with nominal input voltages of 5V and 12V with available output voltages of 5V, 9V, 12V and 15V. There are many key differentiating features offered by the MEE3 series. First, it offers up to a 50% increase in power capabilities by offering a 3W output in a 2W industry standard foot print. It also provides an increased power density of up to 200% at 2.68W per cubic centimeter compared to previous densities of up to 0.9W per cubic centimeter. With typical efficiencies ranging from 83% to 89% and a maximum load regulation of 8%, the MEE3 series also offers class leading efficiency and load regulation. The series additionally has UL recognition to UL60950 for functional insulation with an operating temperature range from -40°C to 85°C without de-rating. The MEE3 series is fully encapsulated with an isolation test voltage of 1kVDC.
