Body Electronics
Body electronics in automotive applications encompass the electronic systems responsible for controlling various non-engine functions such as lighting, climate control, power windows, and central locking. These systems integrate multiple sensors, actuators, and microcontrollers to ensure the seamless operation and automation of comfort, convenience, and safety features. By managing these functions efficiently, body electronics enhance the overall user experience, vehicle safety, and energy efficiency.
Powertrain
The vehicle powertrain consists of the engine control unit (ECU), ignition system, fuel pump, throttle control, transmission control unit (TCU), and more. This system is crucial in the operation of the vehicle, and controls all of the subsystems that make vehicle movement possible.
Vehicle Electrification
Vehicle electrification is the process in converting our traditional combustion engines into electric motors. Along with the electric motor there are multiple systems and subsystems required including; Battery management systems (BMS), DC/DC converters, On-board chargers (OBC), traction inverters, and vehicle wireless charging components. With YAGEO Group, we produce a wide variety of automotive grade components that support vehicle electrification.
Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS)
Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) utilize a combination of sensors, such as cameras, radar, LiDAR, and ultrasonic sensors, to gather real-time data about the vehicle's surroundings, facilitating enhanced situational awareness and safety features. These systems are managed by powerful electronic control units (ECUs) that process sensor data using complex algorithms and machine learning techniques to interpret driving conditions and potential hazards. ADAS functions include adaptive cruise control, lane-keeping assist, automatic emergency braking, and blind-spot detection, which actively assist the driver in maintaining safe driving practices and mitigating the risk of collisions. Communication networks within the vehicle, such as CAN bus and Ethernet, enable high-speed data exchange between ADAS components and other vehicle systems, ensuring timely and coordinated responses. Integration with vehicle-to-everything (V2X) communication expands the capability of ADAS, allowing the vehicle to interact with infrastructure and other vehicles for enhanced predictive and preventive safety measures.

AC Series Chip Resistors
YAGEO's automotive-grade thick film chip resistor, the AC series, conforms to the automotive electronics industry requirements and is mainly applicable to heating, ventilation, air conditioning (HVAC); infotainment; navigation; lighting; and power window systems, among others.
Infotainment
An infotainment system integrates information and entertainment features within a car. It includes the navigation system, heads up displays, night vision systems, cabin noise suppression, and the instrument cluster.
Safety & Security
Automotive safety systems include active features like brake assist, anti-lock braking (ABS), collision warnings, airbag deployment, accident recorders, keyless entry, and more. These systems are vital in providing safe, reliable driving conditions for the driver and the vehicle.
