HAS 62 mm Silicon Carbide Power Modules

The HAS 62 mm silicon carbide modules from Wolfspeed are made to withstand harsh conditions and high power demands. These modules provide increased robustness in challenging environments thanks to their high humidity HV-H3TRB qualification and plastic smoke CTI 600 housing (which complies with EN45545-2 R22/23 HL3). The HAS modules are an addition to Wolfspeed's BM3 line of products.

Wolfspeed's internal low-inductance design facilitates silicon carbide's high-speed switching capabilities, lowering conduction losses and raising system efficiency. Typical applications include outdoor energy storage systems, off-board high-power chargers, railroad auxiliary power, and other outdoor applications.
