Image of Wolfspeed's 62 mm Power Modules The Wolfspeed BM power module platform has all the benefits of silicon carbide (SiC) while maintaining the robust, industry-standard 62 mm module package. The internal design of the BM package enables high-speed switching benefits due to the low-induction layout.

Choose from silicon nitride ceramic for sustained maximum junction temperature operation or aluminum nitride ceramic for reduced thermal resistance with robust CTE matching. The BM power modules are designed for industrial applications such as induction heating, rail and traction, motor drives, and EV charging infrastructures.
