ZED-X20P Series GNSS Module

u-blox ZED-X20P module sets the standard in high-precision positioning performance, supporting all GNSS constellations and frequencies. It integrates all-band GNSS with signal modernization and innovative positioning algorithms, utilizing Real-Time Kinematics (RTK) and Precise Point Positioning (PPP)-RTK technologies in a compact, energy-efficient form factor. The ZED-X20P module provides excellent reliability and performance.

With centimeter-level accuracy and advanced capabilities such as RTK, PPP-RTK, and PPP, the ZED-X20P is ideal for industries that rely on precise location data. Key to its superior performance is the quality of its measurement, which stands out in the market with minimal cycle slips and exceptionally clean measurements. This ensures robust performance even in challenging environments, making it ideal for industries that require precise location data, such as agriculture, autonomous robotic equipment, and industrial automation.

This module supports all GNSS constellations, including GPS, Galileo, BeiDou, NavIC, and QZSS, and operates on multiple frequency bands such as L1, L2, L5, and L6.

The ZED-X20 module protects system integrity with multi-layered defenses, including Root of Trust (RoT), jamming and spoofing detection, cryptographic authentication of navigation messages through Galileo OSNMA, and more. High-value, application-specific features such as a moving baseline will be available in future versions. It includes multiple interfaces, such as multiple UART, SPI, and I²C, allowing seamless connectivity with other devices. The module operates within a voltage range of 2.7 V to 3.6 V and can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +85°C, making it a versatile and dependable solution for even the most demanding applications.

The u-blox PointPerfect portfolio offers GNSS correction data service options to deliver centimeter-level accuracy in seconds, with superior coverage. Multiple variants of PointPerfect (PointPerfect Flex, PointPerfect Live, and PointPerfect Global) are available to meet users’ needs. The EVK-X20P evaluation kit allows the efficient evaluation of the ZED-X20P module, providing all-band GNSS positioning with built-in RTK technology and offering centimeter-level accuracy to users. Augmentation services can be formatted as SPARTN 2.0 or RTCM 3.4.

The evaluation kit relies on the networking capability of the computer running u-center 2 to deliver correction services to the ZED-X20P. u-center 2 is a powerful platform for evaluating u-blox GNSS receivers, with which data can be logged and visualized in real time.
