Image of TRINAMIC's Reference Design for VentilatorsTRINAMIC's TMC4671+TMC6100-TOSV-REF is an open source reference design for ventilators and respirator systems. It is a BDLC servo driver for voltages from +12 V to +36 V and motor RMS phase currents up to 6 A. It offers a wide range of connectivity with its SBC connector in Raspberry Pi style, the add-on board header for a standard or custom pressure sensor add-on board, and a general purpose I/O. Communication is via standard TTL UART or RS485 (when using the standard add-on board TOSV-SENSOR-REF).
