The compact (5 mm x 6 mm x 1 mm) dimensions make these devices ideal for secondary rectification in adapters or other equipment requiring small footprint and low thermal resistance. The range includes devices with VRRM of 30 V to 170 V, and an IF (AV) of 30 A. The package is compliant with ST Ecopack®2, Pb-free and halogen-free standards, and includes avalanche capability specifications.
