Riedon’s current sensor provides reinforced isolation and an amplified analog output

Image of Riedon Smart Current Sensor with Amplified Output and Reinforced IsolationRiedon has developed a shunt-based current sensor featuring 1500 VDC isolation and amplified analog output. Utilizing a 3.0 VDC to 5.5 VDC supply voltage, the SSA current sensor provides reinforced isolation and an amplified analog output in one simple-to-implement module. When compared to closed-loop Hall effect transducers, the SSA provides superior measurement accuracy, much better performance over temperature, more compact and lighter-weight packaging, and lower installed cost. Optional panel mounting fixture and 1-meter pre-terminated cable are also available.
