Frameless SmartDisplay™ Development Kit

NKK Switches’ IS-DEV KIT-9 controls two OLED SmartDisplays™ allowing for easy development and testing for designers. It is user programmable for images, attributes, and set-ups. Additionally, it offers a software control setting for 16 levels of brightness to extend the life of the OLED. Real-time control by the host allows the user to send commands directly to the controller to display any of 65, 535 images or characters to either of the two switches, check various statuses of the controller, report switch activities to the host, and report the address of any new image displayed to the host. Stand-alone operation lets the user set up the controller to function based on switches presses or on timer expiration. The IS-DEV KIT-9 is powered by a 9 V battery or AC power supply.
