PIC32CM GV Low-Power 32-bit Microcontrollers for Embedded Control

Microchip PIC32CM GV Arm® Cortex®-M0+ microcontrollers feature integrated touch and flexible peripherals

Image of Microchip PIC32CM GV Low-Power 32-bit MicrocontrollersMicrochip PIC32CM GV series of low-power, 32-bit microcontrollers (MCUs) is built on the Arm Cortex-M0+ core and designed for cost-sensitive embedded applications. These MCUs offer a balance of performance, power efficiency, and peripheral integration, making them suitable for a wide range of industrial, consumer, and automotive systems.

Key features include up to 32 KB of Flash memory, 4 KB of SRAM, and a rich set of analog and digital peripherals such as a 12-bit ADC, a 10-bit DAC, analog comparators, and multiple SERCOM modules that are configurable as UART, SPI, or I²C interfaces. The devices also support advanced touch interfaces via a Peripheral Touch Controller (PTC), and operate from 1.62 V to 3.63 V with a maximum clock speed of 48 MHz. Integrated EEPROM emulation and real-time clock/calendar functionality further enhance their utility in low-power designs.
