JT11LE Series Low-Voltage TCXOs with Clipped Sine Output

Jauch Quartz JT11LE series low-voltage Temperature-Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs) are available with frequency stabilities as tight as ±0.5 ppm, and offered in standard frequency ranges from 19.20 MHz to 52.0 MHz, with a supply voltage starting at 1.2 V. Due to its high-frequency stability of down to ±0.5 ppm, the JT11LE series meets very high requirements and is designed for Zigbee®, Bluetooth®, and other wireless applications. The JT11LE series combines excellent frequency stability with a clipped sine output, enabling a very low power consumption. This series is particularly suitable for miniaturized electronic devices with very limited space on the PCB. The JT11LE is available in a variety of temperature ranges, including the extended operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C, ideal for industrial applications.
