Image of Infineon PSOC™ 4 HVSM High-Voltage Mixed Signal SeriesThe Infineon PSOC 4 HVMS series of products provide a single-chip solution for automotive smart edge-sensing by integrating a multi-sense converter, programmable analog, high-voltage (12 V) LDO, LIN PHY, and an Arm® Cortex® CPU. This solution fits HMI/sensing applications such as steering wheel switches, hands-on detection, or door handles, as well as general-purpose applications like PTC heaters or LED lighting. Its high-voltage subsystem enables direct operation from a 12 V car battery, making it ideal for robust automotive solutions. The device is compliant with ISO 26262, meeting all process requirements for ASIL B and the hardware architectural metrics for ASIL B.

The PSOC 4 HVMS products are currently offered in two memory sizes: 64 KB Flash with 8 KB SRAM and 128 KB Flash with16 KB SRAM. Both types feature SECDED ECC for error detection and correction.
