The family offers 600 V, 650 V, and 700 V devices targeting low-power chargers for mobile devices, power tools, televisions, and LED lighting applications.

The CoolMOS CE is a cost-optimized platform that meets requirements for applications in consumer and lighting markets but still meets the highest efficiency standards as well as the proven quality and reliability that the CoolMOS family brings. This series provides all of the benefits of a fast switching superjunction MOSFET without sacrificing the ease of use.

The CoolMOS CE is suitable for hard and soft switching applications and delivers low conduction and switching losses, improving efficiency and ultimately reducing power consumption.
