Eaton's AEC-Q200-qualified PTC resettable fuses for overcurrent protection offer an extended temperature range up to +125°C
Eaton’s PTSAHT family of resettable PTC fuses are polymeric-positive, temperature coefficient overcurrent protection devices that are engineered to have extended operating temperatures up to +125°C and offer hold currents of 100 mA up to 500 mA for a wide variety of 13 V automotive circuitry. These fuse families are offered in surface-mount printed circuit board (PCB) footprints of 0805 and 1206 that meet AEC-Q200 qualification.
