AP7375 Low-Dropout Regulators

Diodes’ AP7375 low-dropout (LDO) regulators have a wide (3 V to 45 V) input voltage range. They have a 45 V maximum input voltage and an extremely low 2.1 µA quiescent current making them an efficient choice for multi-cell battery-powered equipment. These devices have a very fast line/load transient response against the rapid input voltage and load current changes. They feature a high PSRR of 85 dB at 1 kHz making them suitable for noise-sensitive industrial applications.

AP7375 regulators supply output currents of up to 300 mA and are available in 1.8 V, 3.0 V, 3.3 V, and 5 V fixed output voltages with ±2% output tolerance. Protection features for the part include overcurrent and short-circuit protection, plus overtemperature shutdown. These devices are available in SOT23, SOT25, and SOT89 packages, with U-DFN2020-6 available in 2023.
