Develop with the worlds most energy-efficient, fast nonvolatile RAMs from Infineon
Infineon's CY15FRAMKIT-001 is an easy-to-use F-RAM development kit for Infineon's high-performance, high-reliability, and energy-efficient serial F-RAM devices. The development kit is compatible with Infineon's CY8CKIT-042, CY8CKIT-042-BLE and CY8CKIT-040 kits, and Arduino UNO R3 board. It features two wide operating voltage serial F-RAM devices: a 256 Kb SPI F-RAM and a 256 Kb I2C F-RAM with an option to operate at either 3.3 V or 5.0 V supply voltage. The kits stackable connectors are Arduino compatible and allow other Arduino shields to be connected.

The CY15FRAMKIT-001 kit has been designed to operate with the Arduino UNO R3 board or any equivalent board compatible with Arduino UNO R3. The CY15FRAMKIT-001 kit collateral supports the following two example projects for the Arduino boards:
- Arduino F-RAM SPI
- Arduino F-RAM I2C
The CY15FRAMKIT-001 kit has been designed to operate with the following PSoC kits:
- CY8CKIT-042 PSoC 4 Pioneer Kit
- CY8CKIT-042-BLE Kit (F-RAM onboard)
- CY8CKIT-040 PSoC 4000 Kit (F-RAM onboard)
Evaluate F-RAM and PSoC with a low-cost PSoC development kit. CY8CKIT-042-BLE and CY8CKIT-040 have serial F-RAM onboard.
