Image of Cinch Connectivity CIN::APSE Stacking Connector Jumpers Cinch Connectivity's solderless, compression electrical connector line, CIN::APSE, is a family of PCB stacking connectors. These short flex 25 and 51 position PCB jumpers work with the stacking connectors for coplanar and angled PCB applications. The stacking connectors provide a physical demarcation for rigid-flex-rigid PCB designs. The physical demarcation allows for modifications and repairs without replacing the entire assembly. CIN::APSE only requires gold plated pads on the PCB which reduces complexity and cost. CIN::APSE was initially designed for space applications and is TRL 9.

Features

Flexible material allows the same jumper to be used in coplanar, right angle, 180° flips, and every angle in-between rigid PCBs
The jumpers are designed to mate directly to the CIN::APSE stacking connectors with all alignment holes and pads in position
Provides a physical separation of rigid boards
Separating complex rigid boards makes repairs and modifications simpler and more cost-effective
The jumpers are completely encased, housing multiple circuits in a tight, but protected assembly
