Fiber Optic Field Termination Kit

Bel Inc.'s fiber optic termination kit for field termination of SC connectors is capable of stripping fiber sizes of 125 µm, 250 µm, or 900 µm. It is a simple process to place fiber to be cleaved in the proper fiber slot; then, close the lid, slide the cleaving blade backward until it locks into place, and open the termination tool for a perfectly cut fiber. The last step is to remove the fiber optic protective jacket by inserting the cable through the stripper to the desired measurement and squeezing the handle. Users can take the fiber optic cable and use Bel’s field termination style SC type connector to complete the fiber optic cable assembly.
