How do I track delivery status and shipping notification?

Once the order has been processed and shipped successfully, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.

Registered myDIGIKEY users

  • Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
  • Log in to your myDIGIKEY account
  • Select Status and History (your most recent orders will be listed at the top of the page)
  • Select the appropriate invoice to view the shipping information

Guest users

  • Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
  • Go to the Order Status page to track your order and review shipments.
