How do I track delivery status and shipping notification?
Once the order has been processed and shipped successfully, you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
Registered myDIGIKEY users
- Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
- Log in to your myDIGIKEY account
- Select Status and History (your most recent orders will be listed at the top of the page)
- Select the appropriate invoice to view the shipping information
Guest users
- Once your order ships you will receive a shipping notification email with tracking information.
- Go to the Order Status page to track your order and review shipments.
