Kemet introduces their new metal-composite power inductors. These inductors, with their magnetic metal-composite cores, offer high-permeability and high-saturation flux density for a stronger magnetic field, resulting in lower core losses and a more efficient device. This series of power inductors includes devices with rated RMS currents ranging from 3.1 amps up to 38 amps, and inductance values ranging from 0.12 micro henries up to 4.7 micro henries. And because these power inductors have an operating temperature range from minus 20 degrees Celsius to 120 degrees Celsius, they are perfect for computer, consumer and telecommunications markets.
