TDTTP4000W066B - KIT is a 4kW bridgeless totem-pole power factor correction (PFC) evaluation board. Very high efficiency single-phase AC to DC conversion is achieved with the TP65H035WS, a diode-free Gallium Nitride (GaN) FET bridge with low reverse-recovery charge. Using GaN FETs in the fast-switching leg of the circuit and low-resistance MOSFETs in the slow-switching leg of the circuit results in improved performance and efficiency.
