eFuse IC – High-Speed and High-Performance Circuit Protection | Datasheet Preview

The Toshiba TCKE8xx and TCKE712BNL series of eFuse ICs integrate a comprehensive range of high-speed, resettable, and low on-resistance circuit protection functions not possible with conventional fuses, provided in a single compact surface-mounted 3 by 3 millimeter WSON10B package. Toshiba’s eFuse IC series provides short-circuit and adjustable overcurrent protection, and an adjustable inrush current slew rate. The series features a thermal shutdown capability and a fixed overvoltage clamp. By incorporating a Toshiba eFuse into designs, engineers can simplify the task of ensuring that their products meet requirements stipulated by international safety standards. The eFuse ICs are suitable for use in a wide range of industrial applications, home appliances, office automation equipment, and battery-powered IoT sensor devices, and mobile devices.
