The Copperhead provides a lot of storage flexibility. Standard options for adding hard drives include four different on-board latching SATA connectors; two that support 3.0 Gb/s and two that support 6.0 Gb/s. The 6.0 Gb/s SATA interfaces also support Hardware RAID 0, 1, 5 and 10. In addition, there is also the option of using on-board solid-state drive (SSD) interfaces such as the mSATA sites or the eUSB site. The mSATA and eUSB sites offer support for removable rugged flash applications or information storage with no moving parts.
