Frequency versus temperature response is one of the key performance enhancements made possible with the internal architecture of Elite Platform DualMEMS differential oscillators discussed on the previous slide. Both Elite Platform oscillators and quartz-based TCXOs use temperature compensation circuitry. This plot shows the frequency stability of the SiT9365 differential oscillators compared to a differential quartz oscillator from vendor E. As shown, the frequency stability over temperature of the SiT9365 is about 4 ppm while the variation of the quartz oscillator from vendor E is about 35 ppm. The SiT9365 has about seven times lower temperature variation vs. frequency than vendor E. Most competitor differential oscillators do not use temperature compensation.
