Overview

The VULCON™ product family is available in four different sizes: M5 (5 mm), M8 (8 mm), M12 (12 mm), and M16 (16 mm). All four sizes are fully shielded and meet IP67/68 sealing requirements. Due to the VULCON smaller size, the M5 is designed for signal and low power applications. The M8, M12, and M16 are capable of 1.5A through 4A per contact and can be used as ruggedized substitutes for USB 2.0/3.0 and industrial Ethernet applications. All four series are rated at -40°C to 85°C operating temperature.
