The PIC18F87J11 family is the superset of the PIC18 J Series general purpose parts in 64/80 pin packages. Compared to the J10, these products have higher performance, lower power, and a higher level of integration. The PIC18F87J11 features 12 MIPS performance, 64 ~ 128 KB Flash, and 4KB Data RAM, with a rich set of communication peripherals. It also includes a Parallel Master Port (PMP) for connection to parallel peripherals such as large external data memories. For applications that require less program memory, the PIC18F85J11 family scales back the feature set to target applications that only need 8 ~ 32KB Flash and a slightly smaller peripheral set.
