The TMOV® and iTMOV® product series cover a large range of standard operating voltages form 115V to 750VAC. The devices come in both 14mm and 20mm sizes with peak current ratings of 6000A and 10,000A respectively, at an 8 x 20 microsecond current waveform. Surge energy capacity is up to 480J. The devices are wave solderable, have low leakage and a three leaded version is available (known as the iTMOV®) for indication purposes. Potential applications include SPD Products, AC Line power supplies and meters, GFCI, White Goods, Inverters, Panel protection modules, Surge Protected strip connectors, Power Taps, Uninterruptable Power Supplies and AC/DC power supplies.
