The LT3573 can be used in a broad range of markets such as industrial, datacom, medical and telecom which all require the use of low power isolated converters. The LT3573 is a break-through monolithic device for lower power (≤7W) flyback applications. It does not need an external power switch, optocoupler, or LT1431 shunt regulator to operate. Isolation may also be required to keep power bus noise from coupling into noise sensitive applications, such as a GPS systems, display, medical systems and low power PoE.
