The combination pressure and temperature sensor has a minimum supply voltage rating of 4.5 V and a maximum of 5.5 V. The typical supply voltage is 5 V. The current consumption is 7 mA with a maximum of 10 mA. The combination pressure and temperature sensor is rated for overvoltage/reverse-voltage protection at ±40 VDC and is outfitted with short-circuit protection and transient voltage protection. The internal failure management system consists of application and firmware monitors, programmable temperature thresholds, sensor short and connection monitors, programmable diagnostic levels, and sensors aging check.
