These isolators utilize capacitive isolation technology, ensuring signal isolation in high-speed applications with data rates reaching up to 150 Mbps. Notably, they exhibit exceptional immunity to system noise, boasting a common mode transient immunity (CMTI) of ±150 kV/µs.

For the 2- and 4-channel digital isolators, WPME-CDIS, without integrated DC/DC, the isolation voltages are 3,750 V_RMS and 5,000 V_RMS, respectively. Meanwhile, the 4-channel digital isolators with integrated DC/DC provide an isolation voltage of 5,000 V_RMS. All models within the 2- and 4-channel series have received approval in accordance with UL 1577 standards.
