Compact Controller 100 Series

WAGO's Compact Controller 100 (751-9301) comes with a powerful processor, a microSD card slot, numerous communication interfaces, and built-in I/O. Interface with industrial devices using popular protocols such as MODBUS TCP/UDP, Ethernet/IP, or EtherCAT with the two onboard Ethernet ports making communication easier. This controller can be enabled with utility-based protocols, including DNP3, IEC61850, and IEC60870, and supports BACnet communications for building automation applications.

For expanding applications or where more I/O is needed, users can pair the Compact Controller 100 with a WAGO 750-362 Modbus Coupler. The flexibility of the dual Ethernet ports allows for the use of a switch or separate into two unique IP addresses, with one port for field-level devices and the other for SCADA or Cloud services via IIOT protocols, including MQTT.

The 750-9401 Controller is equipped with a dual-core processor and a mix of 18 digital and analog onboard I/O channels. With its small footprint, it also comes with an RS-485 serial port, dual Ethernet ports, a USB-C® port for direct configuration connection, and a CANopen communication port. The CANopen port makes it easier to expand applications where more digital I/O may be needed or connect to other devices such as sensors or J1939-enabled devices.

These compact units are programmed with CODESYS 3.5 software that is free of charge or can be used with Docker containers for running open source applications.
