Opto Division's Optically Isolated IGBT/MOSFET Driver Vishay's VO3120 and VO3150A IGBT/MOSFET drivers, which have a maximum operating temperature of 110°C, are an ideal choice for motor drives, power supplies, and other high-voltage applications.

Vishay offers the widest operating voltage from 15 V to 32 V combined with a high ambient operating temperature of up to +110°C. This wide range enables engineers to drive larger modules that typically require a two-sided power supply, thus giving designers more choices in selecting power components. They also have one of the industries lowest supply currents of 2.5 mA.
