Image of Vishay's WSK1216 Power Metal Strip® Resistors Vishay's WSK1216 power metal strip resistors are low-value, high-power, SMT, four-terminal devices that feature an all-welded power metal strip construction. This construction makes the WSK1216 series ideal for all types of current sensing, voltage division, and pulse applications. A proprietary processing technique enables extremely low resistance values, down to 0.0002 Ω with 1% tolerance. The WSK1216 series also offers a metal manganese-copper alloy resistive element with low TCR (less than 20 ppm/°C), a very low inductance range of 0.5 nH to 5 nH, and low thermal EMF (less than 3 μV/°C).
