High Operating Temperature

Radial-Leaded Automotive MLCCs

Vishay now offers high operating temperature radial leaded multilayer ceramic capacitors that are AEC-Q200 certified and can operate to 200°C. These capacitors are specifically designed for the harsh operating conditions of an automotive environment and a PPAP is available upon request. In addition, they are offered in the range of 100 pF to 1 uF/50 V to 200 V and are available with both straight and crimped lead styles. Moreover, they are available with both COG and X0U ceramic, enabling very high stability of capacitance over temperature. Sample kits are presently available.
