7L/7Q Series Crystal Oscillators

TXC adds to its lineup with two miniature Temperature Compensated Crystal Oscillators (TCXOs). The 7Q series measuring 3.2 x 2.5 x 1.0 mm, and the 7L series measuring 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm. The TCXOs are available in the basic ±2.0 ppm stability over -30°C to 85°C, or the tighter version offering ±0.5 ppm over -30°C to 85°C. These are available with or without a voltage control function (VCTCXO), depending on the application requirement. Both are available with operating voltages of 1.8 V to 3.3 V. The TCXOs are well suited for RF hand held and portable equipment applications requiring a very stable oscillator signal, as well as GPS units for even better signal acquisition accuracy.
