TPS650332-Q1 Automotive 18 V PMIC
The Texas Instruments TPS650332-Q1 automotive PMIC features three buck converters and one LDO regulator for camera modules in a 24-pin VQFN package
For automotive camera modules, the TPS650332-Q1 device from Texas Instruments is a highly integrated power management circuit. This device combines one low-dropout (LDO) regulator and three step-down converters. The BUCK1 step-down converter has an input voltage range of up to 18.3 V when connected to power over coax (PoC). In a forced fixed-frequency PWM mode, all converters function. The LDO can function with an input voltage range of 2.5 V to 5.5 V and supply 300 mA. The independent voltage inputs of the LDO and the step-down converters make maximum design and sequencing flexibility possible.
