Universal MATE-N-LOK Connectors
Universal MATE-N-LOK connectors utilize a combination of pins and sockets intermixed in the plug and cap housings to achieve excellent electrical performance in a 0.250” [6.35 mm] pitch design. Rated to 600 VAC/VDC and 19 A, these offer wire-to-wire, wire-to-panel, and wire-to-board configurations. Housings feature positive polarization, positive locking, and rear cavity identification for easy, error-resistant assembly. Contacts are enclosed in the housings, have low mating force, and are removable for system flexibility.

MAG-MATE Terminals
TE offers a full selection of Standard MAG-MATE Insulation Displacement Crimp (IDC) terminals for magnet wire terminations. MAG-MATE terminals are available in poke-in, poke-in tab, splice, crimp wire barrel, solder post, quick connect tab, pin, and receptacle styles. Standard MAG-MATE terminates magnet wire ranging from 34-12 AWG [0.16 -2.05 mm]. Each IDC slot size terminates a range of up to four consecutive magnet wire sizes. Two magnet wires with the same diameter can be terminated in one terminal except as noted.

Heat Shrink Tubing
Heat Shrink Tubing provides electrical insulation, mechanical protection, environmental sealing, and strain relief for applications such as back-end connector sealing, breakouts, and connector-to-cable transitions. It is a solid alternative to taping, molding, or potting. When heated, it conforms to the size and shape of the substrate beneath, enabling quick and easy installation. Its high expansion ratio makes it possible to repair most damaged cable jackets without removing connectors.
