The Swissbit SATA 6 Gb/s durabit™ family offers highest MLC endurance and sustained performance by combining a powerful controller with DRAM supported FTL and increased overprovisioning.

The SSDs in various form factors achieve data transfer rates up to 520 MB/s in sequential access and 75,000 IOPS in 4 KB random access. In addition, the durabit™ series features Swissbit’s proven power fail safety, ATA security feature set, NCQ, TRIM, advanced wear leveling and bad block management, and in-field firmware update functionality. The Swissbit lifetime monitoring tool provides detailed S.M.A.R.T. based status information.

The advanced version X-60P offers full protection of the cached data in case of a sudden power fail (PLP level 3)
