They achieve data transfer rates up to 520 MB/s in sequential access and 75,000 IOPS in 4 KB random access. In addition, the X-60 series features Swissbit’s proven power fail safety, ATA security feature set, NCQ, TRIM, advanced wear leveling and bad block management, or in-field firmware update functionality. The supporting Swissbit lifetime monitoring tool provides detailed self-monitoring, analysis, and reporting technology (S.M.A.R.T.) based status information for all Swissbit SSDs.
