SunLED earlier released the NanoPoint-0201 series (0.65 mm x 0.35 mm x 0.20 mm), which was previously the world’s smallest LED. The NanoPoint-01005 LED opens the door for infinite design possibilities. This LED package size is achieved by utilizing the latest technology in semiconductor die in red, orange, yellow, and green.
