Powered by an Arm® Cortex®-M33 and offering expanded memory options (up to 2 MB of Flash and 640 KB of SRAM), the STM32U3 series supports both standard and extended industrial temperature ranges (-40°C to +85°C and up to +105°C), making it well-suited for demanding industrial environments. The STM32U3B/C5x variants also integrate advanced cryptographic capabilities.
