STMicroelectronics' STM32H562, STM32H563, and STM32H573 microcontrollers extend the STM32 high-performance portfolio and offer high performance, power efficiency, and embedded peripherals. These product lines provide 1 Mbytes to 2 Mbytes of Flash memory, 640 Kbyte SRAM, and 64- to 176-pin packages in BGA and LQFP profiles, as well as VFQFN68 and WLCSP80 packages. They contain the Arm Cortex-M33 core with TrustZone® for Armv8-M, DSP, and floating-point unit (FPU) running up to 250 MHz with optional extended ambient temperature range up to +125°C (for STM32H563 and STM32H573).
