P-NUCLEO-IOD02A1 IO-Link Applications Pack

STMicroelectronics' STM32 Nucleo pack is a ready-to-use evaluation and development platform for industrial sensor and monitoring applications with IO-Link or SIO network communication. The pack consists of a NUCLEO-L073RZ development board running an IO-Link rev 1.1 compatible stack and sensor firmware, along with an X-NUCLEO-IKS01A2 sensor expansion board and X-NUCLEO-IOD02A1 board with dual-channel IO-Link device PHY layer (L6364Q).

The node is IO-Link device compliant according to the provisioning protocols defined by the standard. It can be expanded with additional sensors to allow the node to collect and transmit virtually any type of relevant data for industrial contexts. This smart sensor node architecture is capable of monitoring equipment status with all the benefits of the IO-Link industrial communication standard, including automatic node configuration, hot plug automatic device recognition, and several diagnostics features.
