TMJ Series SMT Thermal Jumper
Stackpole Electronics' jumper chip resistor is designed to reduce component temperatures for various applications
Stackpole Electronics' TMJ series SMT thermal jumper provides high thermal conductivity while maintaining a high insulation resistance between terminals ensuring electrical isolation. The jumpers utilize a high-grade aluminum nitride substrate with a low parasitic capacitance.
The TMJ jumpers provide a thermal conductance range of 48 mW/°C to 216 mW/°C and ensure isolation with a dielectric withstanding voltage of more than 1.5 KV. This series is an excellent choice for reducing component temperatures in applications such as power supplies, sensing resistors, high-power semiconductors, amplifiers, and data servers.
- Sizes available: 0603, 0612, 1206, 1225, and 2512
- Operating temperature range: -55°C to +155°C
- Aluminum nitride substrate: 170 W/mK
- Thermal conductance: up to 216 mW/°C
