Isolated Flyback DC/DC Converters
ROHM's isolated flyback DC/DC convertors eliminate the need for photocouplers and auxiliary winding
To stabilize the output voltage of isolated power supplies, methods using a limited-life photocoupler or auxiliary winding with large transformer are typically used for feedback. In contrast, ROHM developed isolated flyback DC/DC converters that eliminate the need for these types of feedback circuits. This simplifies power supply configuration considerably, making them ideal for industrial equipment that demanded advanced safety functions, such as FA equipment, power storage systems, and high-power inverters. The lineup includes two models offered in two different package types.
