Image of Renesas RZ/G3E General-Purpose MPU The Renesas RZ/G3E is a compact powerhouse, combining a quad-core (or dual) Arm® Cortex®-A55 at up to 1.8 GHz, a Cortex-M33 for low-power tasks, and an Arm Ethos-U55 NPU that is perfect for edge AI and HMI duties. It’s designed to handle complex UI workloads, video codecs, and responsive controls, while smartly conserving energy.

CPU and AI combo: Cortex-A55 (quad or dual), Cortex-M33, and Ethos-U55 NPU, offering both multitasking and low-power processing
Graphics and video: Arm Mali-G52 + H.264/H.265 codec for immersive visuals
Memory support: on-chip 512 KB shared SRAM (with ECC) + LPDDR4/LPDDR4X interface (32-bit, single channel at 3,200 MT/s)
Display and camera I/O: MIPI CSI-2 capture, dual (MIPI-DSI/LVDS/parallel) display options
