The MCUs deliver low power consumption with operating frequency options up to 240 MHz. They also offer internal Flash memory ranging from 512 kB to 8 MB. Packages cover a wide range from 48 to 324 pins and include a CAN FD interface. Design resources are available to help get designs to market as quickly as possible.

  • 32-bit CPU core up to 120 MHz or 240 MHz and single or dual CPU cores
  • Flash from 1 MB up to 8 MB
  • Packages from 48-pin QFP up to 324 ball BGA
  • +105°C or +125°C TA maximum
  • PLL, RTC, power-on reset, and low-voltage detection
  • Supply voltage from 3.0 V to 5.5 V
