onsemi NTMFS4D series low/medium voltage N-channel power MOSFETs are designed for high-performance applications such as motor drives, battery protection, and synchronous rectification. These devices feature industry-leading low R_DS(ON) values, down to 3.9 mΩ, minimizing conduction losses and improving overall system efficiency. With voltage ratings up to 80 V and current handling capabilities exceeding 100 A in some variants, the NTMFS4D series delivers robust performance in compact DFN5 (5 mm x 6 mm) packages, making them ideal for space-constrained designs.

Engineered with soft body diode recovery and low gate charge characteristics, the NTMFS4D series reduces switching losses and voltage spikes, eliminating the need for external snubber circuits. These MOSFETs are RoHS compliant, halogen-free, and optimized for thermal performance with junction-to-case resistance as low as 3.5°C/W.
