MIC2333/MIC333 Series Zero-Drift Operational Amplifiers

Microchip MIC2333/MIC333 series provide precision analog performance for low-offset, low-drift applications

Image of Microchip MIC333/MIC2333 Series High-Efficiency Buck RegulatorsThe Microchip MIC2333 and MIC333 are zero-drift operational amplifiers designed for precision analog signal processing in space-constrained and low-power environments. These devices offer excellent offset voltage correction and minimal drift over temperature, making them suitable for high-accuracy applications.

Operating from a supply voltage range of 1.8 V to 5.5 V, both amplifiers feature a typical quiescent current of 23 µA and a gain bandwidth product of 300 kHz. Their input offset voltage is tightly controlled at 8 µV max, and they exhibit high common-mode rejection (CMRR ≥ 120 dB) and power supply rejection (PSRR ≥ 120 dB). The MIC2333 is a dual op-amp, while the MIC333 is a single op-amp, both pin-compatible with the OPA333/2333 series.
