MCP6486/6R/6U/7/9 Amplifiers

Microchip's MCP6486, MCP6486R, MCP6486U, MCP6487, and MCP6489 op amps operate with a single-supply voltage as low as 1.8 V while drawing low-quiescent current that is 720 µA, maximum, per amplifier. These op amps also have low input offset voltage of ±1.6 mV, maximum, and rail-to-rail input and output operation. In addition, the MCP6486, MCP6486R, MCP6486U, MCP6487, and MCP6489 are unity-gain stable and have a gain bandwidth product of 10 MHz (typical). They have EMI protection to minimize the effects of electromagnetic interference from external sources. This feature suits them for EMI-sensitive applications such as power lines, radio stations, and mobile communications. This family is offered in single (MCP6486), dual (MCP6487), and quad (MCP6489) packages. All devices are designed using an advanced CMOS process and fully specified in the extended temperature range from -40°C to +125°C.
